• Coordination of catering logistics with our exclusive food and beverage provider, Truffles Catering

• Access to Japanese Garden, Neptune Staircase for photos from 4pm – 12 am 
• “Day of ” coordinator to assist with reception logistics 30 minutes prior to booking time until 30 minutes after last guest departs.
• Free parking for bridal party and guests

The Quarterdeck room located in the Grant Building is one of Victoria’s largest reception venues providing banquet space for up to 250 guests. Filled with natural light and warm wood, the Quarterdeck is both spacious and inviting for larger groups. Built in 1943, this gracious heritage room originally served as the main assembly hall for church services and special events for Royal Roads Military College. Views overlooking Hatley Castle and the Straits of Juan de Fuca from the Quarterdeck are breathtaking.
