Hatley Park has three major venue options for your corporate retreat, complete with event planning service, and professional catering to welcome your event. 

Hatley Castle
Built in 1908, Hatley Castle is a 4-storey, 40 room heritage building that combines Edwardian charm with modern-day technology and is an elegant location for any event.


Mews Conference Centre
Originally designed in 1912, this heritage building housed the stables for the Dunsmuir family and their staff.
 
Thanks to the conversions made by Royal Roads Military College when they occupied the site, the Mews was modernized and today the main floor consists of a 2500 square foot Ballroom complete with stage and dance floor that can accommodate 160 people. A separate Lounge and four meeting rooms are also available, accommodating 15 to 60 people. It is ideal for meetings, conferences, corporate training, and incentive travel programs. 

Quarterdeck
The Quarterdeck is one of Victoria’s largest reception venues providing banquet space for up to 250 guests in a 3200 sq foot room. Acoustically sound, equipped with modern technology, this room is ideal for weddings, receptions, banquets, dances and corporate events. Built in 1943 and meticulously restored in the late 1990s, this room originally served as the main assembly hall for church services and special events to 300 military cadets attending Royal Roads Military College (1940 – 1995).
